This is why we use water, energy and raw materials sustainably at all Dr. Schneider plants. Apart from that, one of our ecological goals is the shrinking our CO2 footprint and reduction of waste. Our compliance with regulatory requirements goes without saying – but we do not stop there: Our Production Control Center, that monitors the utilities of our global plants around the clock, is exemplary for the entire business. You can add to this a continuous energy reporting on all machines, lean production, the most modern filter systems, our own thermal power station at the Neuses site and innovative climate control engineering.
As a company aware of its responsibility, we are continually increasing our energy and resource efficiency. From product development to spare parts delivery – all our development and production steps are included in our ecological weakness analysis. Beyond that, we also sensitize our employees for energy efficiency issues, because any success in the area of environmental protection and energy requires that all employees are dedicated and act competently and responsibly.
