Protecting valuable information.

Information security is an important goal for Motherson DRSC – as part of our commitment as required by law and as a contractual obligation to our customers. We provide all the necessary resources to keep this promise.

We comply with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure the protection of our proprietary knowledge under whatever circumstances and we know that implementing security measures to protect information is an absolute must – both for us and our customers.

Since information security is a responsibility for all employees, we ask and promote the active participation of our employees in regular trainings. We classify and protect all information within the Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe as is warranted. Beyond that, we are continuously improving our information security management system and review its status and the compliance with requirements by way of regular reviews and internal audits.

What is TISAX?

Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange

TISAX ("Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange") is a registered trademark managed by the ENX Association¹. TISAX is an exchange platform for sharing information security assessment results within the automotive industry. The questionnaire developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA²) is used as a basis.

With TISAX, the ENX Association¹ supports the general acceptance of information security assessments in the automotive industry on behalf of the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry). The TISAX assessments are performed by accredited audit service providers who have to verify their credentials at regular intervals. TISAX and TISAX results are not intended for the general public.

DR. SCHNEIDER AS TISAX PARTICIPANT

For the Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe  (TISAX Participant ID: PR85HM), confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have considerable value. Therefore, we have implemented extensive measures to protect confidential and secret business information. As a basis for this, we use the VDA ISA² questionnaire for continuous monitoring and improvement of our information security management system.

In addition we use TISAX to verify the information security of our business partners.

INFORMATION SECURITY WITH PARTNER NETWORKS

The Dr. Schneider group of companies also participates in the ofraCar-working group „Information Security“ and is thus in regular exchange on the subject of information security with other companies in the automotive industry.
