The entire spectrum of technologies employed at the Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe begins with tool making and jig building. Instead of just adopting standard technology, we rely on our own in-house and individual tool and manufacturing concepts, such as variothermal tool applications, in-mold design, or precision molding. This gives us complete control of the entire process chain. And that means: we plan, design and manufacture special machines, jigs, measuring and test equipment intended for use at every Dr.Schneider location worldwide. We accompany the process every step of the way leading up to the ready-for-series stage, using the latest software, hardware, smart robotics and innovative camera systems.
Our traditional competence in injection molding technology has been developed further and perfected over the last nine decades. Among our greatest strengths today, you will find a host of other methods such as multiple component manufacturing, thin-wall technology, variothermal technologies, IMA, GID, IMD, IMF, back injection molding, chemical and physical foaming and the mono sandwich process. Utilizing more than 350 high-tech injection molding machines, we process plastic granulate into high-quality products.
Thanks to our own competence center for paint technology, we set standards in these areas as well and can offer sophisticated paint technologies such as high-gloss surfaces or laser paint jobs and surface finishes in perfection.
