Common focus: Increasing earnings and thus securing the future of the company


Since the beginning of July, they have been jointly at the helm of the company and manage the business of the Dr. Schneider family enterprise with more than 4000 employees worldwide.

With the arrival of Stefan Knoll and the appointment of Antonio Ramos as Managing Director of Dr. Schneider Holding GmbH, the management team was completed in July 2020. The five-member management team faces major challenges that must be mastered in the coming years. Above all, the structural change in the automotive industry, topics such as digitalization and sustainability, the changing world markets and the effects of the Corona crisis. Solutions must be found for all these issues in order to position the company sustainably and securely for the future.

Together they are facing this challenge:

  • Stefan Knoll has been appointed Technical Managing Director (CTO) in the Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe from July 1, 2020. In this function, he is responsible for R&D, technology, quality and tool management. Wolfgang Beer former Technical Management Division, who left the company at the end of June, will be merged into the Technology Division
  •  Antonio Ramos acts as Managing Director of Global Works (COO). All eight production plants of the Dr. Schneider locations worldwide are assigned to him.
  • Malte Mornhart has been responsible for the Commercial Management Board (CFO) since 1 March 2020, after Wilhelm Wirth left the company at that time.
  • As CMO, Parag Shah has been responsible for Sales, Marketing and Program Management since March 2019. At the beginning of June 2020, he was also given additional responsibility for purchasing.
  • Since March 2019, Thomas Stadelmann has been at the helm of the company. As Chairman of the Executive Board (CEO), he is responsible for the worldwide operations of the Group.

With this team, the Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe, which has also been offering electronic assemblies as an EMS service provider since 2020, has set a new course for the future. The aim of the organizational change is to make the company even more competitive, further consolidate its market position and intensively expand new areas of expertise.
