We have an efficient IT infrastructure for the organization, control and performance of the entire material and goods flow as well as just-in-time delivery. We tailor our services to the customer's specific circumstances and can prepare and provide the data just as they need. The latest software tools such as CAM 350, iTAC and SAP S/4 Hana help us achieve transparent production processes.
In goods receipt logistics, all product information such as the manufacturer, batch number and production date are recorded in SAP by our new goods receipt scanner 4.0. This ensures reliable material handling, automatic comparison with the purchase order and clear online inventory management. Traceability also plays an important role in the production process. Test and measurement results are recorded during manufacturing and compared with the target values in parallel to enable a speedy response in the event of variances. That means we are ideally prepared should there ever be a product failure. We can identify the cause of the fault immediately and guarantee rapid, continuous traceability from the individual part all the way to the finished and assembled device.
